Common questions
What counts as 1 job?⌄
One schedule firing = 1 job. Manual Run now triggers and replays count too. Retries count separately, so a single fire that retries twice is 3 jobs against your monthly cap.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?⌄
Further jobs are blocked with a
402 Payment Required and nothing is queued. The schedule still advances on its cron, so you don't fall behind once you upgrade. You'll get a usage alert before and at the cap.Can I downgrade or cancel anytime?⌄
Yes. Both take effect at the end of the current billing period — no penalty, no questions. Your data is retained on the free plan limits.
Is there annual billing?⌄
Not yet — coming soon. For now everything is monthly and cancellable.
Do I pay for Claude usage on top?⌄
Yes — but you pay Anthropic directly. cronforclaude runs on your runner, using your Claude CLI login. We never see your tokens or bills.
Is my prompt data private?⌄
Prompts are stored on our database so you can view them in the dashboard. They're only sent to Claude via your runner. We never send them to any third party.
