Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-20
1. The Service
claude-scheduler (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) is a hosted orchestration platform that schedules and monitors executions of the Claude Code CLI (claude -p) on infrastructure you control (“Runners”). The Service is operated by an individual based in Hong Kong SAR. Contact: [email protected].
What we provide: a web dashboard, REST API, and a runner daemon you install on machines you own. The Service schedules and records jobs; it does not provide compute, model inference, or access to Anthropic's API. Your Claude Code subscription with Anthropic is a separate contract between you and Anthropic.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your password, OAuth credentials, and API keys confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact address above if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each organisation has at least one owner with full administrative control. Owners are responsible for the actions of all members and API keys belonging to the organisation.
3. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not permit anyone else to:
- use the Service to violate any law, including laws governing export controls, sanctions, intellectual property, privacy, or child safety;
- schedule prompts that produce content prohibited by Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy; the Service relies on Anthropic to enforce that policy on inference, but using us to do so on a schedule violates these Terms as well;
- attempt to bypass plan limits, quota gates, rate limits, or other technical controls;
- scan, probe, or interfere with the Service or other tenants' data;
- reverse engineer the Service except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits;
- resell the Service as part of a hosted offering of your own without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that, in our reasonable judgment, violate this section or create legal or security risk. Where practical we will give you notice and a chance to remediate first.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
The Service offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Team). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe in US dollars. By subscribing, you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Plan limits (active schedules, jobs per month, runners, history retention) are enforced at request time. Exceeding a limit results in new requests being declined with HTTP 402; in-flight jobs are not interrupted. Limits reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC).
Refunds: charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your organisation reverts to the Free plan. Already-charged periods are not pro-rated.
We may change pricing or plan limits with at least 30 days' notice via email and an in-product banner. Changes apply at your next renewal; you can cancel before the change takes effect.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of prompts, schedule configuration, project metadata, job inputs, job outputs (stdout, stderr, stream events), and any other content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). We store Customer Data only to operate, support, and improve the Service.
Inference data: when a runner executes a job, the prompt is sent from your runner to Anthropic's API using your Claude credentials. We do not act as an intermediary for that traffic. Anthropic's handling of that data is governed by your agreement with them.
See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what we store and for how long.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect Customer Data, including TLS in transit, scrypt-hashed passwords, one-way hashed storage of API keys and runner tokens, per-tenant access scoping at the database level, and daily database snapshots at the infrastructure layer. No security measure is perfect; you are responsible for keeping your own credentials safe.
7. Service level and availability
The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. We do not offer a contractual uptime SLA on the Free or Pro plan. Scheduled maintenance and incidents will be communicated via the dashboard and email when material. The Service's critical dependencies (hosting, CDN, Postgres, Stripe) are themselves subject to availability beyond our direct control.
8. Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET ANY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT YOU MAY HAVE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM AND (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from (i) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, (ii) Customer Data that infringes a third party's rights, or (iii) prompts you scheduled that resulted in unlawful or harmful content being produced through the Anthropic API.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from the settings page. On termination, scheduled jobs stop firing, and organisations and their projects, schedules, runners, jobs, and audit logs are deleted within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service would expose us to legal liability.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and an in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
